Just had the best time on a pizza tour with in NYC! 🍕✨ We visited Brunetti, L'industrie, and Arturo's, tasting some of the most amazing pizza while learning about the rich history of pizza in the city. Every slice was delicious, and the stories behind them made it even better! Can’t wait to do it again!

Just had an incredible encounter with the legendary designer Jeff Hamilton at Advertising Week in NYC! 🎉 He was rocking the iconic jacket he designed for the LA Lakers, famously worn by Kobe Bryant. 🏀✨

Exciting news—he's also working on a special jacket for Toronto Raptors legend Vince Carter! Can't wait to see what he creates next! 🙌🔥

Visited the Dakota, where John Lennon’s life was tragically cut short, and paid my respects at Strawberry Fields in Central Park. These places resonate with the spirit of Lennon’s message of peace, love, and the enduring power of music.

His influence on music and culture remains unmatched, reminding us all to imagine a better world.

Today I'm working in our offices. In 2022, Active International (Canada) opened Markham's first Legacy Space for learning indigenous history.

In partnership with (Gord Downie & Chanie Wenjack Fund - DWF) we launched the space in 2022 as part of Secret Path Week - a national movement to commemorate the legacy of residential school victim Chanie Wenjack who died in 1966 after escaping a residential school and attempting a 600 km journey home.

Today, on Orange Shirt Day (National Day for Truth and Reconciliation), we recognize the atrocities and multi-generational effects of the residential school system.

In honour of this day we will be participating in a beading workshop led by later next month.

Personally, I've been having conversations with indigenous artists, authors and musicians for a number of years on my podcasts such as and . ( Links in bio)

I'm taking time to learn and reflect.
