Hi everyone! If you were wondering why I've been MIA for a while, it's because there have been some pretty significant events going on in my personal life that have taken up most, if not all, of my time. In terms of mental health, I'm not doing so hot right now, which is why I've used any down time I have to focus on getting my mind in a good place. The GOOD NEWS is that Episode 5 is in the works and I will be recording at some point this month. In the meantime, I'm going to get back to sharing mental health tips and news via this page. Please drop a comment and let me know what you guys have been up to and what you feel like hearing on the next episode! 💜

Sometimes we just need to talk it out
