Point No Point recorded a live session at Butterama Recording Center and here is the first installment featuring their brand new song "Grau Schneck". They wrote it while rehearsing for the record release show back on April 1st.

Meanwhile, we finally got the vinyl LP testpressings and hope to get the complete pressing soon. For everybody who is still waiting: Thank you very much for your patience!

Happy release day, Point No Point! "Bad Vibes In Mushroom Forest" is out now digitally and in a very beautiful tape version via Katuktu Collective. Unfortunately, as we already mentioned, the vinyl LP will take some more time due to the overload and backlog of pressing plants everywhere - we'll keep you updated. But for now, please enjoy this monster-mushroom of psychedelic post-pop indietronica album and dream about the forest. Tomorrow is the release show at BLO-Ateliers.

The LP will be delayed by several weeks unfortunately due to the vinyl shortage, overbooked pressing plants, Corona and so on. "Are You OK?" is the second single off the upcoming second album "Bad Vibes In Mushroom Forest" by Point No Point aka Jana Sotzko (The Dropout Patrol, Soft Grid, Halfsilks, ...).
While the debut “Drift” (2019) sounded like an introverted inventory of a state of ambiguity and aimlessness, Bad Vibes takes clearer directions: it moves into the forest, under the microscope, on the deck of the research ship. While a bit of melancholy and doubt remain anyway, curiosity and a joy in the fantastic prevail and translate into jazz-influenced experimental pop songs as a form of confused energy.

If the debut album “Drift” was an introverted reflection of uncertainty and aimlessness, there is a clear direction now: into the forest, under the microscope, on deck the research ship. There still is some melancholy and some doubts, but curiosity and joy in facing the fantastic are pushed to the foreground.
