Who can resist this classic?

This was released in 1993 and we were the target audience for it at the time.

It would probably have garnered a 5/5 ⭐️ from our youth. Still a 3/5 ⭐️ for our adult selves.

Finally watched Top Gun: Maverick. It was good. Not great, but felt great all the way through. It is just an old fashioned movie, and by that it is perfect. There were only a few things that took me out of the moment - one was when someone rang my doorbell, the other seeing Val.

Last week, we did a Christian Bale double feature (because he’s always a good choice).

Amsterdam is good but starts off a little overpaced.

TPBE is a great story, but you'll need to slow down for this one.

Two ends of the pacing spectrum.

Amsterdam = 4/5⭐️

The Pale Blue Eye = 4/5 ⭐️
