Les Twentyman was a western suburbs legend here in Melbourne and will be sorely missed. We are more than honoured to be asked to head up this sick lineup to help raise some funds for the Foundation he created almost forty years ago. This will be a fantastic night to honour the man's legacy and contribution to this fair city. He was a true champion for the undergdog and disadvantaged and the foundation will continue doing that great work after his untimely passing. Saturday was an absolute blast! Cheers to everyone who turned up and rocked out with us at CO-CO BANANAS, the Footscray Mall didn't know what hit it! Thanks a bunch to Jay and Kynan for having us and Mick Morley for the pics below. And special thanks to the young fellas Chris and Harvey for looking after the merch! Next stop: time to give The Bendigo Hotel one final paddlin' with Harlott and Co. on Thursday night. Gonna be a ripper no doubt, you know you wanna!

All good things must come to and end... sadly it's our local venues that are closing down in alarming volume. It seems nothing can be done to save the legendary Bendigo Hotel from shutting permanently, so we are joining forces with the legends in Harlott to do our best to level the joint once and for all. Adding to the demolition crew are Nothing, Malcura and Hormagaunt.

Free show. Day off work the next day. Last time to see The Bok at The Bendi. Let's go!

What a sick as couple of nights that was. To do it once would have been killer but twice? Unreal. From all of us in The Bok a big thankyou to Metropolis Touring and the mighty Machine Head and Fear Factory for having us on the bill and giving us this opportunity. Both bands absolutely destroyed too. So good.

We also must thank the enthusiastic crowd who really made us feel loved and welcome on both nights. And cheers to all of your who wore Bok shirts and who bought the new shirts too!

Next stop Footscray mall at 2pm next Saturday at the Co-co Bananas instore. Gonna be a wild one, hope to see ya there!

Last night was sick as from start to finish. Can't be any more pumped to do it all over again tonight! If you're keen to catch our set you'll need to get there pretty early, the line to get in last night was around the block at 7. Mental.

We are supposed to be knuckling down and writing new material, but we just couldn't say no to the invitation by our good friend Jason Richmond to come and play live inside his brand new sick as record store in Footscray! Located in an alley way just off the Footscray mall, this is the first full band performance at Co-co Bananas and we intend to send reverberations right through out this fine upstanding suburb. Bring the kids and a few cold ones and park yourself out the front and see how long it takes before the cops get called! The noise pollution shall commence at 2pm.

Some large news! Frankenbok are absolutely stoked and honoured to be asked to open for two of metal's biggest titans, with a couple of massive nights at one of Melbourne's most killer venues. Huge thanks to everyone at Metropolis Touring for bestowing us with this opportunity.

Both shows have now sold out, so if you have tickets, see ya down the front early legends!
