Dolla Green, the Kentucky Rapper that’s captured the attention of everyone including Governor Andy Beshear, has announced he will be hosting a New Years Eve Bash for the clients of Springfields’ Crown Recovery Center!

By choosing to , Rickey has garnered the support of every entity in the state who concerns themselves in the rehabilitation of those struggling with Substance Use Disorder.

Rickey grew up in a household riddled with addiction and mental illness. He began using and selling drugs at age 13 and was charged with felony drug charges by age 20.

In 2006 Rickey was released from prison and began to pursue a path of recovery. He has remained sober since his release and has been telling his story through his recorded music as Dolla Green.
In his 2021 album release, “Face Off, The Story About a Boy”, he shares his entire journey of how addiction, prison, and homelessness has made him the happiest man alive.

With recent overdose numbers consistently on the rise, It’s no surprise that the community has rallied behind Dolla Green’s message of hope for those looking to rebuild their lives.

On December 31, 2021 Crown Recovery Center has announced that they will host Dolla Green for a LIVE concert guaranteed to give their current residents a jump start on their lives with great HOPE for The New Year!

Volunteers of America has announced that on December 19, 2021 at 6pm Dolla Green will be hosting a gratitude dinner for the men living there this holiday season.
