Yep. Had covid. Sick for a while. Got better. Then, the weekend just gone, I headed off to Dudley Castle to watch the original Ghostbusters movie. It was pretty cool and pretty packed. People sat on the grass watching the outdoor screening and over at the haunted tower you could see the slime running down the walls. They also had a gigantic Mr Stay Puft. If you look closely, you can just about see Slimer...👻

Did you know... that if you stand in the centre of BOGIE ALLEY on a full moon at the stroke of midnight, and repeat three times (whilst turning around anti-clockwise)

'Satan, come scratch my back.’

The devil is said to appear and chase you out of the alleyway.

This is just one of the many cool ghost stories, myths and legends I hear about whilst out on my travels.

Finished up here early hours. It was that cold outside; I couldn't get my car doors open. They were froze shut.
As for the investigation, it went well. Felt like a big kid in a playground as myself and one other investigator had the whole place to ourselves. Meaning: Lack of contamination from others.

Nineteenth century Edinburgh: The Greyfriars Bobby
Fourteen years this faithful canine spent guarding the grave of his owner John Gray. Bobby died on 14 January 1872 and this statue, that is situated on the corner of Candlemaker Row, is a tribute to the dog himself. It's said, that if you touch the statue's nose, it will bring you luck and good fortune. 🖤
