Initially thought of as a print medium, TIC has turned into an ambitious project, covering the Internet and its social media as well. TIC will start off as a venue for independent artists, thinkers and establishments in Los Banos. Since this small but proud town has been gifted with people with exceptional talent and unmatched passion for their own craft, TIC aims to unite them and give then a vir
tual space not only for recognition but for self-expression as well. Eventually, this ambitious project will broaden its scope, covering not only eLBi, but also the entire province of Laguna, and who knows, it will grow into a region or maybe nationwide e-zine. The Indie Culture staff is composed of Alex Josef De Ramos, Sheenah Tan, Carla Conde, Kimmy Baraoidan, Felicito Arines Jr., Tracee Alar, Gabrielle Torres, Paulo Miguel Sandoval, John Norbert Samson, Ja Fernandez, Cyrus Fernandez,Nicole Zamora, Daniel Richard Sta. Romana, Emerson Magalit and Francine Prieto. They are currently looking for talented and dedicated contributors for this project.
