Defending national champion Bacolod Tay Tung High School will again represent Western Visayas, University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJ-R) for Central Visayas, and Linao National High School for Eastern Visayas. These teams are set to represent their respective regions after ruling the regional finals of the biggest 18-and-under women’s volleyball tournament in the country which attracted 480 schools from 10 regions this year. 🏐

Recon of the NPM Fun Ride route: Sibalom - Aningalan - Cabladan - Sibalom. There was a part of the route going down to Cabladan that I had to dismount from my bike. It was a steep descent. I felt my heart went up my throat. And I practically pressed the front and rear break levers for the most paet of the way down. Took a break to relax my leg muscles at #EdenPark for a quick fix of chicken cheese bargar and hot chocolate whilst enjoying the view and the refreshing cool breeze.
