Little update on little man today

We went and got our blood levels checked and they have dropped some since his last chemo treatment on Thursday which is to be expected. So no transfusion today we will go back Wednesday morning and evening for more blood work and blood transfusion with platelets if needed. We did receive some of the results back from his Minimal Residual Disease and it was positive which means he still has 90% blast in his blood. We are very hopeful that this will have changed come Thursday after testing and will be in Remission which is there goal on day 15. Please be praying hard for our family💙

Hagen had a fun little evening of eating Olive Garden and driving around Mississippi💙

Tomorrow we begin appointments again and will begin the prep for Thursday. This is a big week and very important week for our little guy and us. Please be praying hard for good results. God is able and he is with us every step of the way🎗️💕

Day 8:
Big day today! Labs, meetings, RN visit, and chemo at 2pm.
Staff say that he is doing well. Labs are steady, biopsies are still the same. He is having maybe some acid reflux and they will treat this.
Next Thursday is a big day, he will have invasive testing with bone marrow and another treatment and labs. His toleration and lab results will decide if he is “low” or “standard”( treatment plan). Sooo, if we can stay like he is now and next Thursday goes well they have told them they can come home for a bit on July 10th.
God is able and good. Keep praying for all the sick and brave 🧡💪♥️🎗️

I’ve had a lot of people asking if we had a wish list made up and we do not but I will list some of his favorite things he likes and some of the needs that we could use for him while down here and when we get back home.

He is obsessed with shoes and wants to sleep in them😂
•House shoes size:10
•Pjs: size 5T or 6T
•Short and shirts(that will be comfy for treatment days):5T
• He likes blankets right now as well since the treatments are making him chill.
•His favorite is Bluey, Paw Patrol, and Cars

This is just some of the things I can think of that we could use while here and traveling back and forth🩷

Day 6

Today was a day of no appointments or Chemo so we got out and went to see the biggest Bass Pro in the world🎣

Hagen had a blast at looking at all the fishies and animals and the Mississippi River. Then we came back and enjoyed a nice long nap cuddled up with mommy💙

Beth and Sid will give routine meds at night.
More labs tomorrow and next round of chemo will be tentatively on Day 8-based on labs.

Hagen is still responding very well to the Chemo and the doctors are pleased with his labs so far. If all goes well and his platelets and hemoglobin stays good we will be discharged to outpatient tomorrow🙌🏻💙

Good morning☀️

Praise Report for our little Hero, Doctor just came in this morning and said little man is doing exceptionally well with chemo so far. He got sick last night on some of the meds but that’s because he had an empty tummy. After that he was ready to eat and retake them. He done well and took them like a champ. He continues more treatment throughout the day today. His platelets and hemoglobin did drop some but that’s to be excepted through this phase of chemo. If all goes well we will be discharged this weekend to go to housing🙌🏻❤️

Hagen did very well with procedures. Port was placed and working good. His bone marrow biopsy, skin biopsy, and lumbar puncture completed. We will know those results in a few days and have a more definitive treatment plan based on results. His doctor is very pleased with all his labs right now. First round of chemo to begin tonight. He was smiling and hungry 😊Prayers appreciated for all our Scott County families and our sweet Hagen. 💪🧡🙏🏻

Beginning at 9 a.m., Hagen will undergo various medical procedures, including a bone marrow biopsy and lumbar puncture, and have a port placed. After lunch, he will start his first chemotherapy session. Your prayers for Hagen's comfort and tolerance during these treatments would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, please keep Bee and Sidney in your prayers as they navigate uncharted waters alongside him.

Leslie or I one will update y’all as we know more. Thank you for all the prayers.

5/29 update:

Hagen has had a full morning of meetings with Doctors and his care team. The diagnosis of Acute Lymphoblastic B Cell Leukemia (ALL B Cell) has been confirmed. So far, that’s all we have diagnosis wise… til they complete the bone marrow biopsy. Please pray specifically nothing more changes with this biopsy. His lab values are still stable.

We do have a big day scheduled for tomorrow. We will have the bone marrow biopsy, lumbar puncture and port placement. It’s is possible he may also have his first chemo treatment tomorrow, as well.

We are trusting, leaning, and believing in God’s favor for this situation. Thank you all so much for the millions of prayers, calls, and texts we have received this far. The Scott County Community has came big for these 4 babies down here fighting. Just keep on praying for us!
