Let’s say
you’ve been walking around Madrid all day in the early summer sun. You’re tired. You’re thirsty. You’re definitely hungry. Then, you get invited to dinner. You need to hope that invitation is to Ten Con Ten, where you can wash your fatigue away with a little sangria and tinto vino. My new motto is to always order a drink you can eat. Best sangria ever. The parmesan chunks and olives at the bar just

Fact check: True. Bono’s stage name was inspired by a hearing aid store in Dublin called Bonavox, which is Latin for “Good Voice.” Growing up in north Dublin, Paul Hewson was part of a group of friends who created a “surrealistic street gang” and called themselves Lypton Village—as a protest against the conservative society they were living in. His friends nicknamed him Bonavox. Over time, Bono dropped the “vox” and just went by Bono.

They come from the seaside town of Di**le in County Kerry. With flavors such as Di**le Sea Salt, Irish Brown Bread, Chocolate Whiskey, and Di**le Gin
no wonder there’s a line out the door. The free samples make it even harder to make a decision. Might as well make plans to return again tomorrow. And maybe make a special trip to Di**le.

The Ha’Penny Bridge, officially known as the Liffey Bridge, is one of Dublin’s most iconic landmarks. Built in 1816, this beautiful cast-iron pedestrian bridge spans the River Liffey, connecting North Dublin to South Dublin. Its name comes from the original toll of half a penny (a ha’penny) charged to cross. Before its construction, ferries transported people across the river. Today, it’s a cherished symbol of Dublin, offering picturesque views and a historic charm that attracts both locals and tourists alike.
