Captured this on my dash cam this morning around 7am. They were heading East on the 210 fwy near Sylmar.

Northridge: The LAPD responded to a call of a shooting at the 17000 block of Plummer Street around 11:25 a.m. They found a woman that had been shot in her car in the parking lot of an apartment complex. She was transported to a nearby hospital with a gunshot wound to the shoulder. A SWAT team was called to the scene as well as K9 units to assist with negotiations. They made entry into to the apartment shortly after 3pm and found a woman, in her 50's, deceased from an apparent self inflicted gun shot.
