I watched this documentary over the weekend.
First let me say, thank god Superman vs Alien Spiders was NEVER made. Secondly, I see that many of the reasons given for this movie not being made have since been done in follow-up movies. JUSTICE LEAGUE – Official Movie Site - Own The Blu-Ray™ 3/13 Also On Digital Now

So I finally watched this movie. I will say it is certainly the best of the DC offerings to date. It wasn't quite as fun as Guardians of the Galaxy, from Marvel Studios, but it had a similar feel.

I think they finally came around to being a bit more faithful to the source material. All in all I am actually pretty happy with it and look forward to the sequel which inevitably will be more of a Super Friends kind of feel.

Now it may be because we cut the cable but... I am not flooded with the Winter Olympics like we usually are.

I remember as a kid, whether we wanted to watch or not, the Olympics was the only thing on! Kind of like the State of the Union address. Now even when I want to watch its not ever on!

I hate to say it but... I really liked this movie! Nothing at all like the CHiPs from my youth but what a fun romp! Ponch and John definitely had great chemistry, the jokes were not sophomoric and the story moved along. If you are looking for a good "shut your brain off and enjoy" movie... This is def one I recommend!!!
