After a full 24 hours of succumbing to feeling internally miserable, with self loathing inner dialogue & my body feeling overwhelmingly exhausted, I decided that I didn’t want to spiral into a week long inner misery saga.
So I decided to drive to the beach and walk along the shore of the wild ocean beach, taking time to contemplate and reconnect.
For me, tapping into my inner feminine healing powers is all about being open to life force energy, and spending time in nature.
I find that this is a perfect way to tap into that powerful healing energy.
Whenever I feel out of balance, caught up in my mind, or weighed down by the stressors of the day, I find solace in heading out to a park, the ocean, a forest, or any natural setting where I can lose myself for a little while.
Today, when I connected with nature, it reminded me of the cycles of life and this helped me access my healing feminine energy.
This experience today has allowed me to feel more energy, joy, and ease.

We dived into a comprehensive brainstorming session, generating over 200 unique ideas to fuel her content for the upcoming year.

Being alone especially at sunrise provides time and space for me to step back and reflect upon my life.
Creating space to experience solitude in nature offers an opportunity for me to tap into my inner wisdom & clarify thoughts, hopes, dreams, and desires.
I love it how my body relaxes into the soothing sensations of nature.
It feels like my body, mind, and spirit are nurtured and my Inner Feminine Power is reawakened when I give myself the space to just BE.
For me, my inner feminine power is all about tapping into my life force energy.
Therefore, spending time immersed in nature is a perfect way for me to reconnect to that energy.

When a woman connects with nature it reminds her of the cycles of life and helps her tap into her feminine energy so she can approach life with more magnetism, energy, joy, and ease.

The new moon in Aries today signifies the start of a new cycle in your life.
This is a great time to formulate new intentions and re-evaluate existing ones.
I want to remind you that this is a lower energy phase, so please, get plenty of rest and give yourself the space to connect with your true purpose, passion and mission.
I invite you to set aside some time for meditating or journaling, or head into nature for inspiration.
From here you can set intentions which are aligned with your authentic self.
When you feel ready, write down your new intentions and go through your existing list to make sure they are still valid.
A new moon intention setting ritual will focus your manifestation energy.
An intention is a guiding principle with which to live by.
Your intentions should define how you want to feel, the things you would like to experience and the personal qualities and strengths you want develop.
Think about your core values, and the kind of life you want to live.
Intentions should be written in the present tense and in a positive form.
For example, instead of saying "I want to stop eating so much junk food" you could write "I feel healthy and vital".
The first one is a goal - but the second is the intention (the "why") behind the goal.
This is just a suggestion - always be open to your own intuition to create a variation that feels right for you.
The Setting Intention ritual:
Begin by cleansing your sacred space - this can be done by smoke purification, incense or lightly spraying with moon water or liquid smudge.
Center yourself in any way that feels comfortable - deep breathing, free drawing, chanting, meditating or using singing bowls.
Focus on formulating your intentions, what do you truly want from your life?
Keep your intentions positive and motivating.
You can also use oracle cards to get insight into what it is you truly desire.
Light a candle, then write each of your intentions on a separate piece of paper.
Say each one aloud, then spend a few minutes visualizing that it has already manifested.
Hold the intention in your mind and do any any of the following:
▽ Create a crystal grid around it
▽ Burn it in a fireproof container
▽ Bury it in soil (write your intention on seeded paper)
▽ Place it in a bowl of water
When you are done with all of them, blow out the candle and thank the universe in advance for manifesting your intentions.

Things are set to change and will make it harder for people to see your business page.
Facebook is focusing on promoting healthy community conversations and in doing so making it very hard for business related material to show up in people's news feeds.
It is estimated that only 10% of your audience who have liked your page will in fact see any posts that you put up.
Facebook are favouring video content over text and photos so my advice is to find content that is engaging and go live!

Be sure to capture clear audio
No one wants to hear fuzzy audio in a video. Will you risk losing your audience over poor audio quality?
More than the quality of your video, the quality of your audio is actually more important.
A lot of audiences don’t mind not watching in HD, but it’s important for them to hear crisp audio.
Your best option is to get a good microphone. If you need to invest in something for your video production equipment, this should be it.
Lav mics are a great budget option that does the job well.
To ensure that you get clear audio, put your mic as close to the subject as it can get.
Take note of any background noise or blips that it might pick up as well.

But the truth is, these perceptions often have little to do with who we really are as individuals.
