5 years alcohol free. It was a decision I had to make and after 5 years, I don't even think about it. I know, for some people it is a daily struggle and I will admit that there have been days where the easy way to deal with my problems would have been with a few shots and a few Guinness. But that is not an option for me and never will be again.

There are people in my life who have shown me the way and continue to do so with their actions and generosity.

It's a journey you cannot do on your own.
It's a journey you should not be expected to do on your own.
If you don't have anyone supporting you, I will.

I appreciate those of you who have reached out to me to discuss your own challenges - and I am always ready and able to take some time to talk it through.
