Today in 1985, Girls Just Want To Have Fun was released. Based on the hit by Cyndi Lauper it's the story of Janey who just loves to dance! It starred Sarah Jessica Parker, Helen Hunt, Shannen Doherty, Lee Montgomery and Jonathan Silverman. Janey just HAS to get on DTV, the hottest dance show in Chicago. Happy anniversary, Girls!
