We will be publishing Rupa Vilasa's book, Babaji, on the lives of Gaura Kishora dasa Babaji and Jagannatha dasa Babaji. Rupa Vilasa is a highly respected Prabhupada disciple, and author of several important biographies, including The Seventh Goswami, and Namacarya.

We are looking for an artist to do some black and white renderings for the book. They can be in pencil, ink, or charcoal. Rupa Vilasa will send descriptions and book excerpts of exactly what is needed to the artist. We are thinking maybe 6 or so drawings.

This will be done as seva to this important book, though there may be some honorarium paid. Your name will be mentioned on the copyright page, and it will be a nice way to showcase your talents, and perhaps get more illustration work in the future. The drawings do not need to be painstakingly detailed, unless that is how you want to do them. If you are interested, and want to learn more, please message me.

“You have to choose between science and God.” This is odd because Sir Isaac Newton was not an atheist. He was famously a believer in God. How is it that the pioneers of science; Galileo, Kepler, Newton, and Clark Maxwell were believers in God while today Hawking says that you must choose between science and God?

This little book is really useful for understanding how foolish the assertions of abiogenesis are. Easy to understand, even for non-scientific types, I learned so much from it.

Science is one, but world views differ. This book examines the theory of abiogenesis, which supposes that life arose by random interactions of molecules, as well as its implications. Our bodies are made up of cells and in Darwin’s time, the cell was thought to be quite simple. Thus, it was imagined by him that a living cell might spontaneously arise from a primordial soup of simple chemicals. However, today’s understanding of the cell has revealed that a single cell is more complex than New York City. Indeed, the mechanisms of a living cell are such that the more it is studied, the more layers of complexity are revealed.
The predominating view of Neo-Darwinists is that life is purposeless, and morality is socially contrived. Such a cynical attitude has produced the calamitous situation we face today. And yet, this cynical outlook is challenged by incontrovertible empiric evidence of design, meaning, and purpose. This book presents an overview of both sides of the arguments, for and against abiogenesis, and allows the reader to come to a rational conclusion.
