WOW!! Another amazing “Back to the Kitchen” session around dairy, calcium levels, and different food sources with true community champions: Frederick Coleman (Studio69 Yoga) & Angie Wilkes-Tate (Milwaukee Health Services, Inc. (MHSI) & WIC Mom Strong).

Key takeaways: 1) feed your mind, body, soul & bones; 2) nourish the body, food is meant to build you & sustain you; 3) plant the seeds in our youth & support people in their health journey.
