This is why you should tell yourself better lies 🤯

The way you talk to yourself and dialogue with yourself is a big key to self-love. ❤️‍🩹
We all tell ourselves lies (I’m not good enough, I can’t do this) 🤥… so why not tell a better lie?
•
Here’s an example:
❌“I’m falling apart” vs. ✅“I got great coping skills”
•
▶️Every thought you think has an effect.
If you think of something embarrassing, you blush. If you think of something sexy, you might get aroused.
•
▶️Try for yourself:
🤤
Imagine your favourite food in front of you. Can you imagine the smell? Can you remember the taste? Did you just start to activate the muscles in your mouth to help with that memory?
•
▶️Whatever thought you’re thinking, your body is VERY BUSY making it REAL
•
And if we tell ourselves a better lie, you’re body will also work very hard to make that thought real.
•
Every thought we think has a physical reaction and an emotional response.
•
▶️ So make those better and change the affirmations you let inside your mind and your life.
