Update… 14 year old Jackie Nathaniel Hall has been located and is safe. Earlier this morning Hall was located by the Pigeon Forge Police Department sleeping in the green GMC truck in a motel parking lot. Thank you to everyone who assisted in his safe location.

Our thoughts and love are with Will Polk’s family at this time.

Jury selection began Tuesday morning in a Quitman County concerning the disappearance of Will Polk and April Jones.

The couple went missing in October 2019, and their disappearance was widely disregarded by local law enforcement. When the families finally put together a search party because there had not been one initiated by law enforcement, they found clothing and shoes belonging to the victims.

Some of Polk’s remains were found, including his severed head, after the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation got involved and began to question witnesses. Nothing was ever found of Jones, who was pregnant.

UPDATE: The missing teen has been located and is safe, the JCSD is reporting.
MISSING TEEN - The Jones County Sheriff’s Department is looking for Corban Chancellor, a junior at West Jones High School who has been reported as a missing person. He is 6 feet, 2 inches tall and 280 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He did not return home on Monday night and his whereabouts are unknown. Anyone with information is asked to call JCSD at 601-425-3147 or Jones County Crime Stoppers at 601-428-STOP (7867). “We need your information, not your name,” officials said.

Christoper has been found!

The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation has issued a Silver Alert for 36-year Christopher Williamson of Pearl, MS, in Rankin County.

He is described as a white male, six feet three inches tall, weighing 170 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.

He was last seen Monday, December 5, at about 10:30 am in the 2000 block of Beechwood Blvd in Rankin County.

Christopher Williamson is believed to be in a 1999 black GMC Sierra bearing MS tag RA31172 traveling in an unknown direction.

Family members say Christopher Williamson suffers from a medical condition that may impair his judgment. If anyone has information regarding the whereabouts of Christopher Williamson, contact Pearl Police Department at 601-939-7000.

The Mississippi Highway Patrol and Mississippi Department of Public Safety (Official) Air Ops is assisting Union County Sheriff’s Department in locating Jo Ann Decker. Crews worked into the night and today, searching for Ms. Decker.

The Jones County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the whereabouts of reported missing person Cindy Spencer, age 65.

Ms. Spencer is approximately 5’ 8” in height and weighs approximately 100 lbs. with green eyes and blonde hair. She was last seen one week ago driving a green 2009 Buick Enclave with Michigan tag EQM 9656.

The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation has issued a Silver Alert for 75-year-old Dianna Boring of Madison, Madison County, Mississippi.

She is described as a white female, five feet seven inches tall, weighing 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen on Friday, November 18, 2022, at about 9:45 AM on US 49 in Richland, MS.

Dianna Boring is believed to be in a 2015 silver Subaru bearing tag MAE 8939 traveling south.

Family members say Dianna Boring suffers from a medical condition that may impair her judgment. If anyone has information regarding the whereabouts of Dianna Boring, contact Madison Police Department at 601-856-6111.

Public Assistance Requested – Missing Person

TPD is currently requesting the publics assistance with a missing man who suffers from Alzheimer’s. Mr. Curly Drake is a 68-year-old black male. He was visiting family at the NMMC when last seen. Last clothing description was described as blue hooded shirt, jeans and brown shows. He is from the Prairie MS area.

TPD and Hospital Security have been searching for him since approximately 4:00 pm 11-18-2022 without success.

She was last seen Friday, November 11, at about 4 PM in the 600 block of Pear Orchard Rd in Madison County, driving in an unknown direction.
