In all honesty, I have never been a fan of The Grinch……BUT, last year I decided to embrace the furry green by centering one of my in-person Christmas cookie decorating classes around him!!

I must admit, I am in LOVE with the fun designs, Grinchy color palette, and skills taught for this cookie class!!

Penelope has been sick with the flu for several days now, but we finally managed to get our Christmas tree put up today🎄so I thought this palette knife Christmas tree decorated cookie was fitting to share with you for today’s Christmas cookie decorating reel!

A super easy way to decorate a Christmas tree cookie is by using thick royal icing or buttercream icing and a palette knife because It’s fun to do and always looks ‘too pretty to eat!”

My Story

I have always loved a beautifully decorated sugar cookie - to admire and to eat. However, often times, once I would bite into the beauty that I was sure would taste delicious, I came up disappointed. Typically the experience was rock hard icing with no flavor and a dull dry cookie. Hence, I began making my own. I am excited in my venture to share my love of the perfect treat by baking and decorating sugar cookies that are super cute and even better tasting for others to enjoy as much as I do! The name of my business was inspired by my adorable, super-sweet little girl who LOVES everything about cookies even more than her momma.....and that’s A LOT!!
