Today is the day! My 8 week challenge is over! I came into it ready and embracing change. If it wasn’t for my boy I’d probably be 190lbs still and maintaining. Week 1 at the top I was 190 lbs with 16% body fat, I was in shape but a lil flabby in some areas. My only goal was to tighten up, pack on more muscle and get myself down to 10% body fat.Today marks the last day of week 8 if you look at the picture on the bottom you can see the shred and work I put in these past weeks. I weighed in at 177 lbs with 9.2% body fat💪🏽 not only did I meet my long term goal since I started this journey 3 years ago, I excelled past it. Won’t inspired by success teaches us to Set our goals high, embrace the challenges, and let our determination be the fuel that propels us to surpass them💯
