Today is the day! My 8 week challenge is over! I came into it ready and embracing change. If it wasn’t for my boy I’d probably be 190lbs still and maintaining. Week 1 at the top I was 190 lbs with 16% body fat, I was in shape but a lil flabby in some areas. My only goal was to tighten up, pack on more muscle and get myself down to 10% body fat.Today marks the last day of week 8 if you look at the picture on the bottom you can see the shred and work I put in these past weeks. I weighed in at 177 lbs with 9.2% body fat💪🏽 not only did I meet my long term goal since I started this journey 3 years ago, I excelled past it. Won’t inspired by success teaches us to Set our goals high, embrace the challenges, and let our determination be the fuel that propels us to surpass them💯

Words can’t express the joy from my heart! My son came to live With me 4 years ago, which changed both of our lives for the better, it made me a better father and made him a better kid. Fast forward 4 years later now my baby boy is 8! Time is the only thing we cannot slow down. I’m so happy and blessed to be your father and to be able to take on the responsibilities of your well being 24/7 I wouldn’t trade this job for anything in the world. Y’all help me wish my son a happy 8th birthday!

Monday motivation! They didn’t believe me or believe in me! I believed in myself💯 everybody wana tell u what to eat how to train an what to do, bottom line is I didn’t need a trainer, I became my trainer, I didn’t need a coach I became a coach, I didn’t need a meal prep I prepped myself. All u need is you to make it happen at the end of the day. It all starts up top with a Decision, then after u make the choice you have to make the commitment. 9months later i surpassed my fitness goals and made new ones💯 there’s no going backwards🏁🏁🏁

7 years ago the lord blessed me with my 3rd son. 3 years ago he blessed me with the opportunity to be in my sons life everyday of his life and I accepted that challenge no questions asked. Ever since then my life has changed tremendously for the better l, being able to wake up to your responsibilities is a blessing and a blessing I will forever be grateful for!
