When I watched the documentary about how We Are The World was recorded and created, there was one phrase that stayed with me forever. It was written at the entrance of the studio where all those music legends were working, and it said: “Leave your ego at the door.”

That simple sentence says it all.

It struck me deeply because it captures something essential: the act of letting go of everything that separates you from the music, from others, and from your true purpose. Only when you leave your ego outside can your soul truly speak, freely and honestly, connecting with others from a pure and transformative place.

Of course, it’s not always easy. Ego often makes us look at everything through a lens of defense, comparison, and the need for validation. And that’s when we forget the reason why: why we make music, why we chose this path, why we invited other valuable artists to be part of something collective.

The real problem arises when those artists — no matter how talented — refuse to play the game of creativity. When they close themselves off to their own opinions, without openness, without practice, without the humility that allows you to grow from your most human side. That’s when everything gets stuck. Everything goes cold. Music becomes something distant.

After so many years working with all kinds of musicians, I’ve learned something simple yet powerful:
the bigger your ego, the harder it is to see the mountain at the end of the road.
Ego blinds you. Especially when you have outside voices whispering in your ear without having walked even a single step of the path you’re on.

Leave your ego at the door, and your life will bloom in a different way. 🌺 🌺

From love and gratitude, you can build extraordinary teams and deep human relationships. That’s where the real magic happens.
Music that is born from that place… always goes further. 🎵 🎵

It impacted me deeply because it captures something essential: the act of letting go of everything that separates you from music, from others, and from your true purpose.
Only when you manage to leave your ego at the door can your soul truly express itself — freely, authentically, and in a way that transforms.

Of course, it’s not always easy. Ego often makes us look through the lens of defense, comparison, and the need for validation.
And that’s when you lose sight of the “why”:
Why do you make music? Why did you choose this path? Why did you invite other valuable artists to be part of something collective?

They’ve arrived already framed 😭 and with deep emotion, they’re now up on the wall of my musical home

🎖 When dreams are written with hard work, discipline, and truth… moments like this happen.
Each of these frames represents years of dedication, risk, sacrifice, and an unshakable faith in the power of art.

History is memory.
And above all, it’s a reminder of how far the power of music can take us when we believe in ourselves and share that energy with the world 🌎 through talent, love, and action.

There are moments that need no applause. Only silence… and gratitude.
Today is one of them.

This certificate is not a trophy.
It’s a declaration:
my name is now part of GRAMMY® history.

It wasn’t luck.
It was a lifetime of choosing art, even when everything seemed to be against me.
Every rehearsal, every tear, every sacrifice… led me here.

Some paths are laid with steady steps; others are carved by hand.
This was one of the latter. And that’s what makes it eternal.

To those walking without immediate results:
eternity doesn’t begin when your name is heard.
It begins when your name can no longer be erased.
