I created a random plot generator. Some of them are quite amusing while others might work fine for an adventure. It's Mad Libs for GMs.

"Your best friend is kidnapped by a paramilitary group lead by a seedy wildlife biologist. They need you to find a relative.

In honor of Independent RPG Month, I'd like to invite you to visit SunderedEpoch.org to check out our RPGs. We have four systems currently in print from our premier Sundered Epoch d20 RPG System (SE:20) to the ultra-lite RPS System. Here's a brief synopsys:

SE:20 - This system is designed to reproduce the action hero style of fiction and allows far more flexibility than traditional d20 systems. It is a classless, skill based system that grants bonuses for high success, and encourages creative game play. The Core Rules are free and the fully illustrated world book, No Man's Land is available in hardback and PDF.

Simple 10 - This streamlined system uses a d10 resolution for fast game play and provides unlimited flexibility via its skill system. It is ideal for a highly narrative style of play with minimal record keeping.

RPS System - This rules-lite system was designed to be played anywhere and uses the Rock-Paper-Scissors (RPS) game to resolve conflicts. The character sheet is literally the size of a baseball card, making it perfect for camping, school trips, or any place a full sized character sheet and dice would be too cumbersome.

Immortal Wars - This tabletop strategy game is set in the future where the gods have awakened. You can use any miniature to represent your heroes or monsters. Battle Mecha vs. Godzilla or Merlin vs. Superman. Thulean horrors fight against Olympian forces. The gods are watching!

You begin your journey "Into the Unknown".

Your adventure begins in an isolated village. To the North is a thick jungle that strangely borders desert plains to the east. Haunted mountains block the sunrise east and parched, desert mountains lie to the south. Hills dominate the South and West, but legends warn of the haunted plains to the North West.

Into the Unknown is a customizable deck based adventure system that allows GMs to create an entire adventure with nearly zero prep time. The starter deck is compatible with any d20 system and includes 13 encounter cards, five randomized treasure cards, and 28 wilderness cards.

Use the wilderness cards to create your map. Each card is complete with your encounter chance, level adjustments, perception modifiers, visual range, survival DC, and wealth adjustments, and special properties.

The encounter cards provide all the basic details needed to run an encounter, including some surprises. Each treasure card includes a randomized reward for defeating or trading with the encounter. Not all encounters are hostile, after all!

The Unusual Suspects:
Murder victims have been drained of their blood and ESP sent Hunters to find out if an Outsider is involved. All initial clues point to the local vampire population, but it may not be so clearcut. A sample of vampire blood was sent to Ava Mendez, a medical biologist, for analysis. As Mrs. Mendez’ research was beginning to show promise, there was talk about patents and the potential for huge payouts.

And now three people are dead!

A couple Spartans (vigilantes) have been crossing the country killing Outsiders and narrowly escaping law enforcement. Their actions are causing problems for the Eastside Project as Cleanup Crews are deployed to cover up their crimes. ESP wants them stopped.

The Spartans, Dan and Sean C**t, are investigating an illness that has spread at a local elementary school. Three children have already died, several others are deathly ill, and doctors have no idea the cause.

Remember, if you like what we're doing, give us a rating on all of the books you like. This really helps us increase our presence on the platform.

We got our test copies of Into the Unknown, a d20 system wilderness adventure deck. You can use this deck to create a random map, track movement, provide random encounter chances, survival checks, and more. The basic Wilderness deck is all you need to get started on building a random local map ripe for adventures.

We're planning on releasing encounter and treasure decks as well as dungeon and city decks to help GMs create adventures with near zero prep work.

Once we finalize our card selection, the decks will be available for purchase from our website, SunderedEpoch.org
