When I started this page in 2012, I think I was fully into the plant-based thing. It's funny how 10 years later I'm on the complete opposite diet, and yet feeling the best I have felt in the past decade!

If you lived in a conscious & regenerative community... what do you feel your role would be? I would definitely have my fingers in a few pies, but probably mainly be involved with being in the kitchen & management ✌️

Hi everyone, here’s a snippet from a podcast I did the other week with Kasey Willson (keep reading for link or link in comments too)

I asked her to speak at The Real Food Revolution 7 years ago, and since then she’s been doing wonderful things with her naturopathic practice, blog, podcast and more... plus being a rocking mama and wife.

Recently she had me as a guest on her beautiful podcast “Glowing Mumma, Thriving Bubba”.

We talked about a stack of things including my plans to regenerate the soil on 1000 acres of land, my homesteading journey, my current gut healing journey on the GAPS diet and how that turned into a business, my experience with conscious parenting and the fourth trimester and more. Super close to being able to eat my first crop of food I’ve grown from scratch 😍

Indoor hydroponics has been an absolute dream.

I feel like I’ve finally cured my black thumb 😍

Hi all, I don’t really post on here much but with everything going on in the world, it’s made me realise how important it is to be self sufficient.

I’m going to be sharing my journey building a homestead and eventually acquiring and building a regenerative farm on 1000 acres of farmland.

This video explains a bit of the beginning of the journey and what you can expect.

I’m also going to be sharing more content on this page.

I’ve been meaning to for about 4 years but I feel like I’m finally ready now 🙂
