COMMUNITY ALERT:
There was a knock on a community members door yesterday morning asking for cooperation to identify anyone who may have intent to use explosive devices against the Capital. This comes as a result of several explosive devices placed by fascists during the 01.06 that were disarmed before they could become effective.

Law enforcement has a history of tapping Antifascist communities for help identifying fascists. They know Antifascists provide militant labor identifying and ousting fascist threats against the community.

Don’t talk, don’t collaborate and give them nothing. When the feds knock on your door, it’s because they have nothing substantial. Whether they came for you or they’re asking for others, they’re kicking up rocks because they don’t have enough for a warrant.

Assisting them at any capacity is dangerous to you and everyone in proximity to you. Never speak to law enforcement without an attorney present. You have a 5th amendment right to not incriminate yourself - DON’T.

Our communities are stronger when we keep law enforcement out. Don’t be pressured or intimidated into giving a statement. Don’t lie to law enforcement or you will also be committing a crime. Keep it clean. Decline to comment, get the card, and tell them to leave.
Then email or call the local NLG to document the activity.

APB to Sacramento Area Abolitionists:

Sacramento County Jail at I St downtown is expecting greater than 100+ people to be released tomorrow, Monday January 11th 2021.

These folks are going to need food, supplies, access to phone calls and rides to their homes or safe neighborhoods.

If cops knock on your door, record, demand their card and close the door. You are under no obligation to answer their questions.

If they have a warrant for your arrest, comply but do not answer any questions. Demand that you will not speak without an attorney present. Any time they ask a question, simply say “attorney”. They will attempt to trick you. Be smart and give them nothing.

Demand to talk to an attorney, then call 916 500 4NLG.

If you fear you may be at risk, write the number on your arm just in case.

A community is only as strong as their weakest link. If you don’t say anything, they have nothing. This is how we keep us safe.
