Well, I broke my own rules...I said I'd never put my face on a thumbnail....and here we are 😆😁

This is the best face swapper I've come across so far, it can actually do my likeness, unlike others that fall short. However this one is great as it can do face swapping for video relatively easy too! I'll cover the install using the Pinokio installer and show a quick demo on swapping faces for both images and video.

In the recent weeks, I've had comments like "speak faster creep", "You're boring idiot!", "Get a life loser" and many more that were blocked by YouTube that I can not share here publicly. While I admit, comments like that are expected as I realize not everyone is going to like my style, personality or whatever else and I'd be also lying if I said those comments don't have some sort of affect on me. Trolls will be trolls and it comes with the Territory.

But what I value most, is the thousands of you who choose to tune into my channel to learn about AI Imaging, video audio and other areas I may cover. Those negative comments will never stop me from what I love to do and I'm so thankful for those of you who get me. I love being a creator and because of YouTube I can enjoy being a creator full time with Playground AI while still managing this channel.

To those who choose to troll me, I hope that it gives you whatever comfort you get from it. If putting other people down makes you feel better about yourself, makes you feel superior...then go ahead and take your best shot. If you only knew the life I've lived and the challenges I've had to go through and still go through....I think you would think twice about being a keyboard warrior. I rather it be me, then anyone else in the community.

For those of you who are true to me and this channel, you are the real deal and am always thankful for you. I made goals for myself and accomplished them and I'm not going anywhere.

This time last year I was at about 5K subs and to grow 3x....I can't even fathom, Perhaps one day I can really do this full time for myself but for now, I'm so loving my current journey, all thanks to YouTube, all thanks to you all...even the trolls.

Pinokio is probably one of the better all in one installers out there. Not only can you manage all your stable diffusion platforms like A1111, ComfyUI there are many video and audio platforms that can be installed and managed very easily. No hassle installation....easy!

Ending the year with a bang!
Jan 1st 2023 was the first time I publicly made a new years resolution and said "2023 would be my year". Not only did I make a stamp on YouTube as an AI educator, I changed careers after 25 years with the same company to be a content creator full time.

Playground AI 35.7K subs 1.7M views (in 10mths)

I can confidently say I made the most of 2023! Bring on 2024!

The release candidate for Automatic 1111 1.7.0 is here, there are quite few additions but mainly support for SSD-1B and SDTurbo models. I'll walk you through the installation process and also update you on the Playground v2 model.

We're already seeing advancement and improvements to the stable diffusion LCM (latent consistency model) and SSD (Segmind Stable Diffusion Model) models. You can find them on civitai and I must say the difference is much better than what I showed you last time! Try them for yourself. They are to be loaded in your checkpoints folder as you normally would and check out the Civitai page for suggested settings.

As far as I know it's working in Both ComfyUi and Automatic1111 but I'm not sure for other platforms as of today.

Yes that's right, now available on Playground AI is a new feature called Preview Render that let's you see your image in real time as you prompt before you even click generate! This is so useful for beginners learning how to prompt and for even more experienced prompters that want to learn from other prompts. I'll also cover their prompt expander tool that is very useful to get new ideas!

A simple text to video generator that anyone can use as long as you have discord and probably the only free online text to video ai generator I've come across. There is a watermark on the corner however but what do you expect for free beta use? If I'm being honest, I haven't come across a better AI Music generator just yet, Suno has a lot going for it. The quality is much improved over the others that I've tried out and it creates music and lyrics for you! Be sure to check out their latest model on the newly created website https://app.suno.ai/ but you can also try it out on their Discord. Note the discord at the time of recording uses the old model so the quality isn't as good but you can use it to input your own lyrics.

100% Consistent characters still isn't possible without training loras, dreambooth models or at least some post production. However ControlNet's reference trait can get you very close to it Video link in the comments!

In today's video I'll show you an extension to install some pre-made styles for SDXL, however there is also another resource to use within the styles drop down that will give you 850+ more!
SDXL is already a great base model compared to SD1.5 and to be honest I've been having a lot of fun discovering the various styles I can come up with on my own. It can be very time consuming though. I hope this quick tutorial helps you speed up that process so that you can have a good starting point to make your own unique SDXL styles!

This handy extension makes it so much easier to browse your images made in automatic1111 for stable diffusion. You can rank, sort and much more with these 2 simple extensions. First one is simply called "Image Browser" and the other is "Infinite image browsing". Both are very useful but I personally use the image browser.

Morning beautiful people Currently working on Part 2 of the Exposure Triangle Series which will be on Shutter Speed. 2 Main things that shutter speed effect is increasing or decreasing light that is let on to the sensor of the camera. (obviously) Also whether you want to freeze the frame or show motion blur. A good example is if you wanted that silky smooth water effect you would use a slow shutter but if you wanted to freeze the action of a fast moving subject like a humming bird you would want to use a higher shutter speed. Shutter speed it pretty much straight forward and not as complicated as aperture. Stay tuned for the full video to come tomorrow!
