سرینگر:: عالمی یوم ِ اردو کی مناسبت سے جمعرات کو سرینگر میں انجمن اردو صحافت جموں وکشمیر کی جانب سے ایک با وقار تقریب کا اہتمام کیا گیا ۔اس تقریب کی صدارت بین الا قوامی ایوارڈ یافتہ سینئر صحافی یوسف جمیل نے کی جبکہ ایوانِ صدارت میں جن اہم شخصیت نے مہمانان ِ ذی وقار نے شرکت کی ،ان میںشعبہ صحافت کشمیر یونیورسٹی کے سابق سربراہ پروفیسر ناصر مرزا،سینئر صحافی ریاض مسرور ، شعبہ صحافت کے اسسٹنٹ پروفیسر کشمیر یونیورسٹی ڈاکٹر راشد مقبول اورانجمن اردو صحافت جموں وکشمیر کے صدر ریاض ملک قابل ذکر ہیں ۔
اس تقریب میں سینئر و تجربہ کار اور عامل صحافیوں ،ادیبوں، قلمکاروں اور دیگر ذی شعور شخصیات نے شرکت کی ۔تقریب کے موضوع ”اردو صحافت کو درپیش چیلنجز “ پر مقررین نے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ اردو صحافت سے وابستہ عامل صحافیوں اور آنے والے صحافیوں کو جدید تقاضوں کے عین مطابق اپنی پیشہ ورانہ ذمہ داریاں انجام دینے کے لئے خود کو تیار کرنا ہوگا ۔ان کا کہناتھا کہ دنیا بھر میں صحافت کے تقاضے تیز رفتاری کیساتھ بدل رہے ہیں ،ایسے میں عامل صحافیوں خاص طور پر اردو صحافت سے وابستہ عامل صحافیوں کو صلاحیت سازی کے سانچے میں خود کو ڈھال کر مستقبل کے چی

کلچل اکیڈمی کے اہتمام سےٹائیگورہال سرینگر میں جاری 6 روزہ تھیٹر فیسٹول کشمیر 2023 کے چوتھے روز کالی داس تھیٹر سے وابستہ فنکاروں نے فیاض دلبر کا لکھا اور ڈاکٹر عیاش عارف کی ہدایت میں کشمیری اسٹیج ڈرامہ "درویش نامہ" پیش کرکے ٹائیگورہال میں موجود ڈرامہ شائقین سے خوب داد حاصل کی اور ڈرامہ شائقین نے بھی ڈرامہ میں کام کرنے والے فنکاروں کو خوب سراہا۔فیسٹول کے چوتھے روز بھی ٹائیگورہال میں تھیٹر سے وابستہ فنکاروں اور ڈرامہ شائقین کی ایک خاصی تعداد موجود تھی۔واضح رہےکہ اس 6 روزہ تھیٹر فیسٹول کشمیر 2023 کا اہتمام جے اینڈ کے اکیڈمی آف آرٹ کلچر اینڈ لینگویجز نے کیا ہے۔ جس میں کشمیر ویلی تھیٹر اور کئرٹین کال تھیٹر سے وابستہ فنکاروں کی شرکت ابھی باقی ہے۔

Mobilization Community Programe was organized by JandK Education Department (Samagra shiksha) zone zaldagar srinagar held at BMS Qalandan Pora and GMS Namchibal.
Srinagar: Today Mobilization Community Programe was held at govt boys school Qalamdanpora and girls middle school Namchibal organized by j&k Education deptt(Samgra shiksha ) . The aim of this Programe was to spread awarness among the people about the benefits and advantages of Govt. Schools by providing and giving facilities to students, which was not possible in private schools. On this occasion , officials said that govt schools are providing every facility to students like free text books, free Education, scholarships, free lunch (Mid day Meals) , monthly medical check ups etc , sports facilities and other curriculum activities, which explore the overall personality of students. Similarly j&k Education department are emphasizing to provide quality and good Education among pur students, so that they can compete and can face every challenges in world. At the end of this Programe the respected persons of society also gave their valid and best views for the betterment of govt schools and also enlight the role of govt schools in society. Zonal Education Officer zaldagar, Razia Akhter give vote of thanks to everyone who participates in mobilization Community programme.
Annual Khadija memorial cricket Cup-2023 kicks off at GVEI

The Annual Khadija Memorial Cricket Cup-2023, an inter-school cricket tournament kick started on Saturday in the premises of Green Valley Educational Institute (GVEI) Srinagar.
The competition got off to an electrifying start with an enthralling match between the host school- Green Valley Educational Institute (GVEI), and Crescent Public School, Srinagar.
Director School Education Kashmir (DSEK) Tassaduq Hussain Mir was the Chief Guest at the occasion while Joint Director School Education, Kashmir Mohammad Rouf Rehman, graced the event as well.
The students presented a vibrant band presentation and the hoisting of the school flag by the Chief Guest which was followed by the formal inauguration of the first match of the tournament by the DSEK, the Chief Guest at the occasion.
The students and spectators cheered on, setting a thrilling tone for the day's event.
Crescent Public School won the toss and chose to field. However, the decision to field first seemed promising as GVEI put up a respectable total of 125 runs in their allotted 20 overs.
The spectators were on the edge of their seats, anticipating an exciting chase.
However, Crescent Public School's batsmen faced a formidable challenge from GVEI's bowlers and fielders. Despite their best efforts, Crescent Public School could only muster 80 runs in their 20 overs, resulting in a heartbreaking loss for the visiting team.
Shariq Wani, representing Green Valley Educational Institute was declared the Man of the Match for his outstanding 45 runs.
