What kind of project is your ‘sweet spot’?

We love design, animation and live production, but we find Lava’s true sweet spot when we combine them all into something unique. Our favorite projects are those where the client is open to creative collaboration. By allowing our ideas to mix with theirs, we’re able to come up with something really cool that exceeds expectations.

Research or Intuition, what’s more important?

Research is incredibly important to fully understand our audience and our client’s needs for a project. But, after that, it’s just as important to follow the collective intuition and gut reactions. There is a science to creating original content, but it’s the art that will make it successful.

Why do clients come back to you?

We try to make the process fun and painless, and to make our clients look good. There are tons of great creative companies out there, but what sets Lava apart is our attention to detail throughout the entire process. We ensure there is clear consistent communication along the way so no one is ever guessing about what they will see at the end.

What is something people may not know about Lava?

Clients come to Lava with very specific needs, but they may not realize we are a multi-faceted company. We really can be your one-stop shop because our team is comprised of individuals who have varying experiences and skills. From show packages to VFX to live production, we really can handle it all.
