🌪 ALERT: A TORNADO WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR THE MAJORITY OF THE REGION UNTIL 9:00PM TODAY FOR AREAS IN YELLOW IN THE ATTACHED IMAGE🌪

The Storm Prediction Center has issued a TORNADO watch, in effect until 9:00pm today for the potential for the following:

A couple tornadoes...POSSIBLE

Scattered wind gusts to 70mph...LIKELY

Isolated large hail events to 1.5" in diameter...POSSIBLE

A watch means conditions are favorable for severe thunderstorms that have the ability to produce a tornado. A warning if issued means that a threat is observed or radar indicated, and should be considered an imminent threat.
