Genspect and the Society for Evidence-Based Gender Medicine (SEGM), which have been formally added to the SPLC’s hate group registry, oppose the use of evidence-based medicine to treat gender dysphoria in youth and adults.

FREAKY FRIDAY FAVORITES!!!!

I've had a busy week, so I didn't keep up with the page as much as I'd like, and didn't make my daily posts to the group, but the coming week should be solid.

However, today's freaky is a modern weirdo that IMO is pretty underrated and over bullied for its mere existence

The Keltec P50

Chambered in the often scoffed at 57x28, the P50 takes inexpensive and easy to find FNP90 magazines, and comes in an absolutely wild form factor.

While looking like the cyber truck equivalent of a Cyberpunk 2077 fever dream, and being the size of 2 G17 end to end, it's very deceptively lightweight and even easy to operate one handed

500 rounds in, and I'm pretty hooked on what we originally bought as more of a novelty because I got it for a really deep discount.
I didn't expect to love it.

This thing is very much one of the single softest and flattest shooting machines I've ever used. While the placement of the mag release, the safety, and the charging handle are not my favorites, it feels really comfortable in my hand and the recoil is next to non-existent

I even found some really unexpectedly good quality ammo in delicious goth black tip! Next step is to get cartridges anodized purple so it just matches me even more

As you probably already know, 57 has had a long hard battle to catch on in the civilian market. This has kept the cost rather high until quite recently when options have been popping up as low as 0.37\rd USD, and maintaining an average of around 0.50\rd until you start hitting specialty and defense ammo

Even the nicer FN defense ammo, those nice blue tips, are now easy to find under 0.60\rd, and with new weapon options popping up regularly from a variety of companies (and some really decent affordable ones at that) the ammo availability and price will only get better

I'll likely be getting an SBR stamp for this one and adding a folding stock and foregrip, as well a decent suppressor. It's no MP7, but it's also not entirely unobtainable and doesn't cost the same as a new kidney. Personally, I think this little cricket is an absolute measure of candidate for a binary trigger at some point, especially as fun and easy as it is to shoot

If someone offers you the chance to try one out, I highly suggest doing so. I'm not the biggest fan of Keltec, but this thing is a diamond in the rough and kudos to those powder enraged Floridians on a rather simple and innovative design
