Monday evening was the first time I'd felt slightly normal for a long time. Enough to be able to head out of the house again and take a selfie on Friday.

Between weight issues, my mental health taking a huge turn for the worst and a potential PTSD diagnosis, the last few months have been rough to say the least.

There are three people who I have to thank for helping me get back to feeling somewhat okay, and my heart and soul will be forever grateful to them.

So here's me, last Friday, still not well, but on the road the recovery with some of the most supportive and understanding people I've ever met.

It's still hot and sunny and I have a headache... So what better way to spend the day than to start updating bits on the channel! As you've probably seen, I have a new header on YT and Facebook, and it's going to start trickling onto thumbnails and end cards too... So that is my task for today, aswell as boxing up shoes for you guys and shipping them out!

Unbeknownst to everyone, other than those I've told personally, I had an autism assessment just before Christmas. The neurodivergent club has officially gained a new member. Me.

I am still waiting for my feedback session (which I've been told by my assessor/clinician is pretty much another confirmation and answering questions from me and giving me contacts for guidance), but yes, there we have it.

I have learnt so many things on my journey through my assessments and diagnosis, but one thing I've lost is my sense of self, which is the strangest feeling in the world. By knowing more about me, I'm now questioning everything including who I really am. Which is very interesting in itself.

I may do a video about this as I feel I'd like to share it with you all. From signs from when I was a kid to how I'm doing right now. If you have questions, let me know and I'll endeavour to answer them 😊
