Remember that it's okay to have "Slow days" Be kind to yourself and take your time to avoid that exact sense of rush. Slow days are necessary and a blessing to both body and mind. And when life is too demanding and emotionally exhausting, keep in mind that taking just a little bit of time out of your day to do nothing. Yes, it can truly leave us feeling guilty but when the word "to do nothing" is used wisely, it will definitely give you a glow and that sure is rewarding.
