The main man, founder and head of Expand is the DJ/Producer Dmitry Kondrashov - front man of the band Under This. ere DJ/Producer Jevgeny Lobanovsky (better known as a Quadrat Beat) and DJ/Promoter Jevgeny Popov (aka Mr Djinn). Expand Records principle aim wasn't easy - their sounds must be remarkable, excellent quality and modern. Shaking off the framework of a single style of music, they embrace solid groove and pumping rhythms - Expand Records now exists to widen your music taste and listening preferences. This breaks record label is very proud of the quantity and quality of tracks already released. Many of them show great results from the most popular online retailers in the world, such as Beatport.com and Trackitdown.com. Every new release from Expand can be found in the Top 20, some even in the Top 5 amongst breaks music charts worldwide. With every new release, the geography of artists within the record label widens. Expand successfully cooperates with artists from countries such as the UK, Spain, Russia, Hungary, United States as well as many more. It is not just purely a domain for the experienced and professional to air their work, Expand welcomes beginners and amateurs of the breaks movement also. After their 1st year of hard work, Expand was nominated for Best Breakthrough Label at the world famous Breakbeat Awards - Breakspoll. As a result, this first Latvian breaks label was placed in the Top 5, earning serious respect from the elite representatives of the World of Breaks. In 2013, in a bid to increase their number of the followers, Expand began to explore a new area within their music production. A brand new project under the hard-hitting title Straight Punch was launched, focusing on Electro and Progressive House styles of music.
