Holi without sweet I can't imagine.. so today iam presenting my show stopper dish on the occasion of Holi festival.....!!
This is a bit lengthy process but worth the effort as it tastes so delicious😋😋
Chandrakala is a very elegant and royal Indian sweet usually made during Holi With a lot of variations.......In south Indian States We called as chandrakala or kova karajakayalu.... It is quite similar to the  gujiya  but richer in taste and looks. Unlike the Gujiya, it is round in shape and hence the name Chandrakala❤️

God gives you all the colors of life, the colors of joy, happiness, friendship, love any other colors you wish to paint in your life... Have a wonderful Holi..!!! ❤️
