Small Publishing Company CodÉ Starr was formed in the mind of Cleo Douglas. It started out as a way for him to read and draw what he wanted to see.
Not the same old comics and Manga. One of the first actual comics he did was one called J.E.S.S.E. - Juvenile Enhanced School Soldier Elite. Another title he did was called Annihilation. Through out the years. The art style has changed, from American Comic Book to Manga and now he has a combination of the styles.
