Sauerkraut with Ribs (my mom used to make when I was a child)

We have several thriviving guava trees growing on our property: strawberry, pineapple and regular pink one variety. 🍈✨
I recently made a delicious preserved guava drink that everyone can’t get enough of, and now I’m whipping up a jam for the holiday table. 🎄
What would you create with this tropical treasure? 🌴

Spicy Cucumber – Cilantro Green Juice (Shhh..! It’s Margarita! LOL)

My girlfriends insisted that this delicious secret can’t stay under wraps any longer, so here it is—my absolute favorite cocktail recipe of the year! Get ready for a refreshing sip of fun! 🍹✨

Ingredients

Mixer

1 large English cucumber

1 large bunch of fresh cilantro

1 cup agave

1-2 seaded or not (it’s up to you how sipcy you want) jalapeno pepper

1 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

Tequila

24 oz or more silver tequila

Glass decor

1 tbsp agave

Tajin seasoning

Thin cucumber slices

Lime slices

Slices of jalapeno pepper

Let’s make it

Brush side of the glass with agave using a pastry brush and sprinkle that area with tajin seasoning. Roufle cucumber slice on the cocktail pick and dip in tajin seasoning. Set it asside.

Put all the mixer ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

Fill glasses with ice cudes (not crushed ice).

Pour half a glass of tequila and fill the rest with green juice (mixer).

Stirr, add cucumber decor and serve!
