Does this mean they already have the vaccine waiting and ready to go? If so, this raises even more questions. Then his comrade goes on to quote the study he referenced was performed by USC and LA County Public Health Department and was released today according to him. That would make the study release date 4-21-20. He then admits that the case mortality rate is actually 1/10th of what we have been lead to believe. And then states that it is right in line with the flu. Then the man in the mask asks if it was a hoax and is told that he doesn't think it is but that "THEY KNOW THE NUMBERS ARE WRONG."
