Parents with children in Gadsden County public schools, how do you feel about the new start and end times?

🚨🚨Parents and Guardians, this is GCSD with an important message: 🚨🚨
Following discussions with weather experts and school administrators, Gadsden County Schools will be released early today (5/13/24) because of the potential for severe weather later in the day. High School Students will be released at 12:30 pm, ESE CPA and Crossroad at 12:15 pm, and Middle and Elementary at 1:30 pm except for Havana Magnet, which will be at 1:45pm.

Weather update:

As Tropical Storm Idalia nears, Gadsden County Public Schools officials have announced that Gadsden County schools will be open on Tuesday, Aug. 29 and closed on Wednesday, Aug. 30.

Officials anticipate schools being back open on Thursday.
