Im 49, started learning 3d and Unrel about a year ago, and im in love.
This small video is not great, but its a kind of simple beginner sample i edited of what I have been learning (and i use the custom metahuman to make myself a (bad) actor!! ahahah. I started using sketchfab free props to learn, but im a bit better today at making some of my own props in Blender, and importing them to unreal, creating my own photogrammetry assets, using facial mocap and animating in Unreal, altough im still a beginner (kind of). There is so much to learn, right? And so little time!!!! ahahahah Cheers guys, and keep going and learning... even if you are 80! ;) This is fun!!!

I have been playing around with Midjourney this last few weeks. Its an amaizing AI for artists, that gives you de possibility to create icredible pictures from yout imagination, JUST USING WORDS!!!. I thought i tried and mix some of those images with UE5 for a simple 3d cinematic shot, just for the fun of it. It took me just a few hours. The small spaceships (flying food vans to be more precise :) ) and the big sci fi building on the background, where AI created with Midjourney. I then used photoshop to make masks for them and then imported those masked images into into Unreal, where i animated them in sequencer, added some quixel assets and textures, a few particle system effects, fog...and welll...it was fun. :) Hope you like it.
