Everyone hauling horses through any urban setting should be vigilant, avoid night driving, and completely avoid high risk areas until the current protests and the resulting riots have ceased.

SENTENCING for Mr Dassinger is tomorrow! We Pray that Justice Prevails. That the system does not fail as we now know the only way the animals will stay safe is if they are regularly checked on. We will update as soon as we know more.

UPDATE ON TRIAL; State of North Dakota vs Gerald Dassinger
This morning Mr Dassinger plead GUILTY to
Six Class A Misdemeanors Neglect Charges as part of a plea agreement. To avoid receiving any of the four felony animal cruelty charges.
Sentence was not given today due to the need for Pre-Sentence Investigation and Risk Assessment which will be performed by State Veterinarian.
Each misdemeanor can be punishable of 1 year in jail and fines.

One must wonder, why are our Representatives still involved with the Dassinger Case? The legislative ethics forbids it yet they continue on.
They and other groups, speak of the radical animal rights activists in such a derogatory manner.
They speak of the Sheriff and the States Attorney being corrupt. Yet they have no regard for the laws themselves.
Other groups now, not only say it's okay to neglect and abuse horses but extend their opinion to chickens, pigs and every other animal.
We watch their intimidation tactics on every front to any person and every person who go against their belief system. If indeed they are as innocent as they say why continue on with such things?
