Here's a peek at a project planning template I've whipped up. Let me know if you'd like a copy!

📚 I've adapted a storytelling flavour to it, with Backstory instead of Project Overview, and Promise, Progress, and Payoff.

😏 If you've watched the Brandon Sanderson lectures on YouTube, you might recognise those terms.

⚡️ I've introduced these elements because of the similarities between a character or plot arc in a story and running a project.

🏁 Both are characterised with a distinct beginning, middle, and end.

And it's just a bit of fun! 🥳

⚡️ I'm also developing an Agile project framework which I'll be injecting with similar ideas, and designing it with creative collaboration in mind.

🚀 I'll be able to start sharing that with people soon and getting feedback!

✨ But in the meantime, something nice and simple like this is what I've been using, and it works pretty well so far for me and my clients.
