Because your phone was used to call someone that was murdered.
It's enough reason for you to be arrested.

Some of you don't even know that, right now In Nigeria .
With the invention of BVN, NIN and SIM Card Registration.
You and your phone are now One.

You represent your phone and your phone represent you.

Under the law, it is a clear fact now that whatever happens on you phone is been authorised by you or you gave the authorisation and it means you will answer for whatever happens on your Phone.

For this reason, I will advice that you should never give out your phone to a stranger to make a call anymore before you enter a BIG trouble and start regretting.

It's better you give them money to buy card on their own phone.
