It is with cherished memories that we reach out to you today. Last year, on February 10, 2022, Andrew John Baechtel, affectionately known as JB, left us peacefully. Since then, your kind messages and condolences have been a source of great comfort and strength to us.

We are now preparing to honor JB's remarkable life and legacy in a way he would have loved. We warmly invite you to join us in this celebration.

In lieu of flowers, we encourage you to consider contributing to a cause close to JB's heart - the restoration of his land speed record car to run at the Texas Mile and go for 300 as he wanted. Your support for this project would be a fitting tribute to his legacy. We will be publishing ways you can support this effort at JBSpeedLabs.com in the coming weeks and keep you updated.

We kindly ask you to extend this invitation to anyone who knew JB. His life touched many, and it would be an honor to have as many of his friends and admirers join us in this commemoration.
