If this doesn’t have you toe-tapping, nothing will! souri. Members include sisters Mary Margaret, Imelda, and Kathleen Mullen. As young children, they began their careers with three other siblings as the Six Musical Mullens. Later they achieved popularity in vaudeville and musical comedy along with their older sister, Monica, as the Mullen Sisters Quartet. After Monica married she retired from the stage and the three remaining Mullen Sisters began a successful career on radio. For several years they appeared regularly on the Kate Smith Variety show. Later they were on the Hit Parade and, for two years, they were with Arthur Godfrey.

You might think this is Paul Whiteman’s Rhythm Boys that featured Bing Crosby. They are not, but there is a connection.
This video from a 1928 Vitaphone short titled “Melodious Moments” features the Croonaders comprised of Cy Kahn, Al Garry, and Mark Klauber. So, what is the Crosby connection?
The song the Croonaders are singing is “From Monday On.” It was written by Bing Crosby and Harry Barris.
