“Perspectives” is the first ever student-led economics journal at King’s College London. It seeks to become a platform where both students and academics can discuss, debate, and learn about how economics can contribute to solving some of the most important issues of our generation. We believe that economics as a discipline is too important to be left to the “professionals”. To this end the journal
will aim to reach a wide audience, and promote discussion of a range of economic related issues. The journal promotes critical debate of the highest quality between different schools of thoughts and interdisciplinary viewpoints. Given the events that have occurred over the last decade, and the explosion of interest in a range of unorthodox viewpoints from both students and academics, we believe there has never been a more important time to study economics.
