DRONAN KEATING: 'a messy tribute to the almighty drone and essentially, a live album, with all the attendant mistakes and magic that can lead to. It was constructed from samples of old media, with a slight fixation on the 90’s (see below), and is a comment on our digital age and how this detritus of the past gets dragged up and examined by our modern eyes. THIS MACHINE PRODUCES LONE WOLVES is a half hour meditation on the themes of isolation, radicalisation and self worth. It is an ambient journey which takes in field recordings, digital processing and an upright piano. It plays with both noise and harmony to create a beautiful unease, a sense that something is not right, and that’s true. Something is deeply wrong but I promise you that it isn’t foreigners, women, gay people, trans people, refugees or people with a different colour skin. Please go find what it is and come back and tell me.

hey there SlushiPups. it's been a while since we've done a release - 9 months or so, and something has gestated. Something ambient, alien, lush and grimy. A conceptual drone opera about Tupacian Holography from the cryptic entity known as 'A Crescent Moon In The Warring States'. There was once / will be a longer story to be told, but for now here's what we know:

'They made another Tupac hologram and now there's no one left. We packed ourselves a small bag. We won't be back this way again.

This is a story, told in drones and unsettling ambience, of man's hubris and nature's eternal struggle with technology. We are all Tupac now.
