When do the events start and when can you watch your favourite athletes? Find out in our timetable ☝️
At 12:30 we open the stadium gates and from 13:00 you will be able to try out several sports that await you in the fanzone, see products from regional producers in the design zone and at the same time you can also start tasting delicacies from the refreshment stands.
From 17:30 we will all be sitting in our seats ready to cheer on the athletes. At 17:45 the opening ceremony will start with a speech by the meeting director Jan Železný, followed by the ongoing pole vault headed by Armando Duplantis, the start of the high jump headed by Jan Štefella or the shot put with Tom Walsh and Leonardo Fabbri 💪
From 18:10 the runs start and there is really something to look forward to! This year, you can watch runs ranging from 100m, 100m hurdles to 400m, 800m and 1500m. From 19:05, another technical event will also start, the men's javelin throw, where Jakub Vadlejch will battle against Anderson Peters 🔥
The whole program is really very busy and will gradually build up in the evening, whether it is the men's javelin throw or the final runs, which promise a dramatic plot in the pursuit of the meet records and the fight for Paris 👏 The whole program will culminate with the awarding of the best athletes with the "golden spike" and also the applause of the fans. So stay until the end until 8 pm.
The last tickets are still available in the upper rows, so don't hesitate.
It is likely that there will be no more Golden Spike tickets available on the day of the race. World athletics for 100 CZK, that's a great deal.
