Our Mission
The Good News TT was created out of a lack of positivity on Social Media surrounding Trinidad and Tobago. News outlets consistently post and share disheartening news that makes us lose faith in our paradise twin island of Trinidad and Tobago. We believe that negative situations and negative stories have an effect on the psyche of the T&T population, causing a continuous downward spiral. Therefore, we decided to try to stop that.
By posting and sharing ONLY GOOD NEWS on this page, we want to create an outlet for people to go when they feel like all hope is lost or even when they just want to maintain a positive mindset. We want to show that even though there is negativity around, the positivity can definitely win in the end. “Feel-good” stories are the ones that have the best effect. Stories with no “bad guys”. Simply a good person doing good things.
Because that is what Trinidad and Tobago is filled with. Good people who can and will do good things.
