Rohingya Students from Bangladesh camps are requesting to the BD Interim Government and International Communities to take action against RSO group, DGFI and APBn Police

The RSO is a historical terrorist group that formed 30 years ago by the name of Rohingya Solidarity Organization, who had neither worked nor will ever work for the Rohingya community. Their main aim is to make money by using their members for assassinations, terrorist attacks on the Rohingya Community and destroy the whole Rohingya community and as agents of AA.
It has been alleged that substantial sums of money exchanged hands between RSO members and some Bangladeshi authorities like DGFI (Directorate General of Forces Intelligence ) and APBn Police, facilitating the propagation of false narratives through dramatic videos and misinformation campaigns on social media platforms.
RSO group members are perpetuating violence, and collaborating with elements within Bangladesh government, including APBN policies and DGFI. Financial incentives from RSO have allegedly been a driving force behind the dissemination of false narratives implicating ARSA ( Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army). ARSA is a Rohingya Freedom Fighters founded ten years ago and currently working for Rohingya community in Arakan State of Myanmar.
RSO group members along with the BD APBn Police and DGFI in the refugee camps are continuously looting, kidnapping, abducting, murdering the innocent Rohingya and sending many Rohingya youths to the jail by accusing related with ARSA. RSO group members are coercing Rohingya youths , teachers and students to join with them and recently claimed that everyone aged 14 to 45 has to join with them in any situation. They are destroying the whole Rohingya youths and striving to be continued keeping their group and work.
The followings are the main responsible person for the crimes committing on the Rohingya refugees;

We, Rohingya teachers , students and public from all Bangladeshi refugee Camps are issuing a desperate plea to the Dr. Yunus (Chief Adviser of Interim Government of Bangladesh) and the international community for immediate intervention. Organizations such as OIC (Organization of Islamic Cooperation), UN (United Nations), UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees), UNICEF (United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund), and human rights advocates are implored to take swift and decisive action to bring an end to the violence and ensure the safety and well-being of Rohingya individuals residing within the Bangladeshi refugee camps.

Refugees in Bangladesh held a peaceful Protest against , police and group

Yesterday (09/08/2024) afternoon at around 3 pm, thousands of Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh Camps gathered and held a peaceful demonstration against Arakan Army (AA), APBn police and RSO group. They requesting to Bangladeshi government especially Army and the international communities for the four following demands.

1. More than 500 Rohingya in Maung Daw and 1200 Rohingya in Buthidaung Township of Arakan in Myanmar were murdered by AA. Genocide on the remains Rohingya in Arakan of Myanmar is being committed by AA. We want Justice from the world communities.
2. APBn police and RSO group committed many kinds of crimes on Rohingya refugees in BD Camps for three years.
3. We don't want APBn police and RSO group in all the refugee Camps.
4. We all welcome for Army Security in the BD Refugee Camps. We are happy and hope that they will give us safety and security until we come back to our motherland of Myanmar.

မြန်မာနိုင်ငံက ရိုဟင်ဂျာမွတ်ဆလင်တွေကို အကြမ်းဖက်လုပ်ရပ်များမှ အကာအကွယ်ပေးပြီး ကျူးလွန်သူတွေကို ချက်ခြင်းအရေးယူဆောင်ရွက်ဖို့ နိုင်ငံတကာအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းကို OIC က မနေ့က တောင်းဆိုခဲ့တယ်လို့ ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်တွေအရ သိရပါတယ်။

ရိုဟင်ဂျာတွေကို ပစ်မှတ်ထားပြီး မြန်မာစစ်တပ်နဲ့ ရက္ခိုင့်တပ်တော် AA တို့က ကျူးလွန်ခဲ့တဲ့ ရက်စက်ကြမ်းကြုတ်မှုတွေကို အစ္စလာမ်မစ်နိုင်ငံများ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရေးအဖွဲ့ (OIC) ရဲ့ အထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှူးချုပ်ရုံးမှ ရှုတ်ချတယ်လို့ ဆိုပါတယ်။

More than 140 members of Terrorist Moghs Group AA were died in clash in northern Maungdaw Township

A heavy clash erupted between Terrorist Moghs Group AA and Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army - ARSA in different villages in northern Maungdaw Township, Arakan state of Myanmar on 31st July 2024 .

Heavy fighting between Terrorist Moghs Group AA and Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army - ARSA took place in different places. It took place in Taungpuru Let Wae , The Chaung and Mee Dhi . The fighting continued for about two hours and it incepted at about 3 o'clock in the evening on 30th July 2024 .

Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army - ARSA killed approximately 70 members of Terrorist Moghs Group AA during three hours of fight in Taungpuru Let Wae and 7 members of Terrorist Moghs Group AA were finished in The Chaung and 14 members of Terrorist Moghs Group AA were killed in Mee Dhi .

A total of 91 troops of Terrorist Moghs Group AA were killed in three different locations in northern Maungdaw Township on 30th July 2024 at about 3 o'clock in the evening.

Therefore, another heavy clash between Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army - ARSA and Terrorist Moghs Group AA erupted in Nwar Yun Taung in northern Maungdaw Township, Arakan state of Myanmar on 31st July 2024 .

Two trucks with loaded troops of Terrorist Moghs Group AA were crossing and trying to enter into Maungdaw Township and they were attacked by Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army - ARSA while they were driving through Nwar Yun Taung and the two trucks with loaded troops were finished in the attack .

There were more than 50 troops of Terrorist Moghs Group AA in two trucks and all of them were finished and the two trucks were damaged and burned down.

The fight was incepted at 3 o'clock in the evening and it continued till 6 o'clock in the evening and it stayed for three hours.

More than 140 troops of Terrorist Moghs Group AA were lost within two days in the attacks of Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army - ARSA in northern Maungdaw Township, Arakan state of Myanmar on 30th July and 31st July .

Many troops of Terrorist Moghs Group AA were injured during the clashes between Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army - ARSA and Terrorist Moghs Group AA in Taungpuru Let Wae, The Chaung and Mee Dhi and they are now undergoing treatments in Taungpuru La Ya and some are being sent in Bangladesh for treatments through Bandarban district.

မြန်မာကို တိုင်ကြားတဲ့ဂမ်ဘီယာအမှုမှာ ကြားဝင်ပူးပေါင်းဖို့ ၇ နိုင်ငံတောင်းဆိုချက်ကို ICJ အတည်ပြု

ဂမ်ဘီယာနိုင်ငံက အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာတရားရုံး(ICJ)မှာ မြန်မာအပေါ် စွပ်စွဲတိုင်ကြားတဲ့ ရိုဟင်ဂျာတွေအပေါ် လူမျိုးတုံးသတ်ဖြတ်မှု စွပ်စွဲချက်မှာ ကြားဝင်ပူးပေါင်းဖို့ ၇ နိုင်ငံရဲ့တောင်းဆိုချက်ကို ICJ ကအတည်ပြုလိုက်ပါတယ်။

ဂမ်ဘီယာက မြန်မာကို တိုင်ကြားတဲ့အမှုမှာ ကြားဝင်ပူးပေါင်းဖို့ ကနေဒါ၊ ဗြိတိန်၊ ဒိန်းမတ်၊ ပြင်သစ်၊ ဂျာမနီ၊ နယ်သာလန်နဲ့ မော်လ်ဒိုက်နိုင်ငံတို့က ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ်၊ နိုဝင်ဘာလတုန်းက ICJ ကို တင်သွင်းခဲ့တာပါ။

ရိုဟင်ဂျာတွေကို ဖမ်းဆီးတာရပ်တန့်ဖို့ အိန္ဒိယအစိုးရကို CERD တောင်းဆို

■ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကနေ အိန္ဒိယကို ထွက်ပြေးလာတဲ့ ရိုဟင်ဂျာတွေကို ဖမ်းဆီးချုပ်နှောင်တာရပ်တန့်ပြီး မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကို အဓမ္မပြန်ပို့တာတွေမလုပ်ဖို့ ကုလသမဂ္ဂ လူမျိုးရေးခွဲခြားမှု တိုက်ဖျက်ရေးကော်မတီ (CERD) က အိန္ဒိယအစိုးရကို ဇူလိုင် ၂ ရက်နေ့မှာ တောင်းဆိုပါတယ်။

ရိုဟင်ဂျာတွေအပေါ် ထိခိုက်စေတဲ့ လူမျိုးရေးခွဲခြားတဲ့ အမုန်းစကားတွေပျံ့နှံ့နေတဲ့ သတင်းတွေကလည်း CERD ကို စိုးရိမ်ပူပန်စေတယ်လို့ ဆိုပါတယ်။ ရိုဟင်ဂျာတွေအပေါ် ကျူးလွန်နေသူတွေထဲမှာ နိုင်ငံရေးသမားတွေနဲ့ အထင်ကရပုဂ္ဂိုလ်တွေလည်း ပါဝင်နေတယ်လို့ CERD က ဖော်ပြပါတယ်။

အိန္ဒိယအစိုးရအနေနဲ့ ဒီလိုလုပ်ရပ်တွေကို ပြင်းပြင်းထန်ထန်ရှုတ်ချပြီး ကျူးလွန်သူတွေကို စုံစမ်းဖော်ထုတ်ပြီး ထိထိရောက်ရောက် အရေးယူဖို့လည်း CERD က တိုက်တွန်းပါတယ်။

လက်ရှိအခြေအနေဟာ ပဋိပက္ခတွေဖြစ်ပွားတဲ့အထိ မြင့်တက်လာနိုင်တာကို ပြန်လည်သုံးသပ်ဖို့အတွက် ကြိုတင်သတိပေး တိုက်တွန်းတာလို့လည်း ဆိုပါတယ်။

ဒါ့အပြင် လူမျိုးရေးခွဲခြားမှုပုံစံအားလုံးတိုက်ဖျက်ရေး နိုင်ငံတကာသဘောတူညီချက်အောက်မှာ လူအခွင့်အရေးချိုးဖောက်မှုတွေကို သင့်လျော်တဲ့တားဆီးမှုတွေ လုပ်နိုင်ဖို့လည်း ရည်ရွယ်တယ်လို့ CERD က ဖော်ပြပါတယ်။

ကလေးငယ်တွေ အပါအဝင် ရိုဟင်ဂျာတွေကို အစုလိုက်အပြုံလိုက် ဖမ်းဆီးချုပ်နှောင်မှုနဲ့ တချို့ဖြစ်ရပ်တွေမှာ ဥပဒေအရဆောင်ရွက်မှု ဒါမှမဟုတ် ရှေ့နေငှားရမ်းခွင့်မရှိတဲ့ အခြေအနေတွေအပေါ် ကို စိုးရိမ်ကြောင်း CERD က ပြောပါတယ်။

■ ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်က နေရပ်စွန့်ခွာခဲ့ရတဲ့ ရိုဟင်ဂျာတွေကို အမြန်ဆုံး နေရပ်ပြန်ခေါ်နိုင်ဖို့ လုပ်ဆောင်နေတယ်လို့ စစ်ကောင်စီ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနက ဇွန်လ ၁၉ ရက်မှာ ထုတ်ပြန်ပါတယ်။

မြန်မာနဲ့ ဘင်္ဂလားဒေ့ရှ် နှစ်နိုင်ငံသဘောတူညီမှုတွေအရ ဆောင်ရွက်နေတာဖြစ်တယ်လို့ ဆိုပါတယ်။

ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်မှာ တိုက်ပွဲတွေကြောင့် ရိုဟင်ဂျာတွေ နေရပ်ပြန်ရေး မရေမရာဖြစ်လာချိန်မှာ အခုလို ထုတ်ပြန်လိုက်တာပါ။

ဒီအပြင် ကုလသမဂ္ဂ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးဆိုင်ရာ မဟာမင်းကြီးရဲ့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ အစီရင်ခံစာနဲ့ ဇွန်လ ၁၈ ရက်နေ့မှာပြုလုပ်တဲ့ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးကောင်စီ ၅၆ ကြိမ်မြောက် ပုံမှန်အစည်းအဝေးအတွင်း ဆွေးနွေးချက်တွေကိုလည်း စစ်ကောင်စီက ကန့်ကွက်ပါတယ်။

စစ်ကောင်စီဟာ ၂၀၁၇ ခုနှစ်တုန်းကလည်း ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်အတွင်း နယ်မြေရှင်းလင်းရေးလုပ်ခဲ့ပြီး အဲဒီစစ်ဆင်ရေးကြောင့် ရိုဟင်ဂျာ တစ်သန်းဝန်းကျင် ဘင်္ဂလားဒေ့ရှ်နိုင်ငံကို ထွက်ပြေးခဲ့ရပါတယ်။

ရခိုင်မှာ ရက်စက်တဲ့ လုပ်ရပ်တွေ ရပ်ဖို့ အမေရိကန်လွှတ်တော် အမတ်တွေတောင်းဆို

■ ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်မှာ အကြမ်းဖက်မှုတွေ အရှိန်မြင့်လာတာနဲ့ ရိုဟင်ဂျာတွေ အန္တရာယ်ရှိတာကို အထူး စိုးရိမ်မကင်းဖြစ်ရကြောင်း အမေရိကန် လွှတ်တော်အမတ်တွေက ဇွန် ၆ ရက်နေ့မှာ ပူးတွဲကြေညာချက်တစ်စောင် ထုတ်ပြန်ပါတယ်။

အထက်လွှတ်တော် နိုင်ငံခြားဆက်ဆံရေး ကော်မတီဝင် အထက်လွှတ်တော်အမတ် Jeff Merkley နဲ့ အောက်လွှတ်တော် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးရာ ကော်မတီ အဖွဲ့ဝင် Gregory W. Meeks တို့ ပူးတွဲ ထုတ်ပြန်တာပါ။

မြန်မာစစ်တပ်နဲ့ ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်က လက်နက်ကိုင်အဖွဲ့အစည်းအားလုံး ချက်ချင်းအပစ်ရပ်ဖို့နဲ့ ရက်စက်တဲ့လုပ်ရပ်တွေ ရပ်ဆိုင်းဖို့လည်း တောင်းဆိုထားပါတယ်။

ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်က ရိုဟင်ဂျာထောင်နဲ့ချီ ထွက်ပြေးရအောင် အိမ်တွေကိုမီးရှို့တာနဲ့ မြန်မာစစ်ကောင်စီနဲ့ ရက္ခိုင့်တပ်တော် (AA) တို့က ရိုဟင်ဂျာတွေကို ပစ်မှတ်ထားတဲ့ သတင်းတွေကြောင့် နှုတ်ဆိတ်နေလို့ မရတော့ဘူးလို့ အမေရိကန်လွှတ်တော် အမတ်တွေရဲ့ ကြေညာချက်မှာ ဖော်ပြပါတယ်။

ရိုဟင်ဂျာတွေကို စစ်တပ်က စစ်မှုမထမ်းမနေရ အဓမ္မစုဆောင်းပြီး နောက်တစ်ကြိမ် အကြမ်းဖက်မှုနဲ့ နေရပ်ရွှေ့ပြောင်းရတဲ့ သတင်းတွေကြောင့် ကုလသမဂ္ဂနဲ့ နိုင်ငံတကာ လူသားချင်းစာနာမှုအကူအညီပေးရေး အဖွဲ့တွေက စိုးရိမ်ထိတ်လန့်ကြတယ်လို့လည်း ကြေညာချက်မှာပါရှိပါတယ်။

■ ချင်းပြည်နယ် ပလက်ဝမြို့နယ်မှာ ဒေသခံတွေအပေါ် လူ့အခွင့်အရေးချိုးဖောက်နေတာတွေ ချက်ချင်းရပ်တန့်ဖို့ ရက္ခိုင့်တပ်တော် (AA) ကို ကမ္ဘာလုံးဆိုင်ရာ ခူမီးအဖွဲ့အစည်း(GKO) က ဇွန် ၄ ရက်နေ့မှာ တောင်းဆိုလိုက်ပါတယ်။

ချင်းပြည်နယ် ပလက်ဝမြို့နယ်ကို တိုက်ခိုက်သိမ်းပိုက်ခဲ့ပြီးနောက်ပိုင်း ရခိုင်လူမျိုးနဲ့ ဘင်္ဂလားဒေ့ရှ် နိုင်ငံသားတွေကို ပလက်ဝမြို့မှာ ပြောင်းရွှေ့အခြေချနေစေတာဟာ ချင်းလူမျိုးစုတွေကို ပျောက်ကွယ်အောင် လုပ်ဆောင်နေတာဖြစ်ပြီး လူသားမျိုးနွယ်စုအပေါ် ရာဇဝတ်မှုနဲ့ လူမျိုးတုံးသတ်ဖြတ်မှုတွေ ကျူးလွန်နေတာပဲလို့ ဇွန် ၄ ရက်နေ့ ကြေညာချက်မှာ စွပ်စွဲထားပါတယ်။

ချင်းတိုင်းရင်းသားတွေကို ကာကွယ်ပေးဖို့ လိုအပ်နေတဲ့အတွက် အခုလိုတောင်းဆိုတာလို့ ကမ္ဘာလုံးဆိုင်ရာ ခူမီးအဖွဲ့အစည်း(GKO) တာဝန်ရှိသူတစ်ဦးက ပြောပါတယ်။

“ပလက်ဝမြို့နယ်ဟာ ချင်းပြည်နယ်ဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် လူ့အခွင့်အရေးအနေနဲ့ နိုင်ငံတကာဥပဒေအရ AA ခေါင်းဆောင်တွေကို ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးစေချင်တယ်။ အခု ပလက်ဝတစ်နယ်လုံးဟာ ဟိုထွက် ဒီထွက်တောင် ကျွန်တော်တို့အတွက် အရမ်းခက်ခဲနေတယ်။ ကမ္ဘာ့ကုလသမဂ္ဂပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ် နိုင်ငံတကာအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းတွေက လုပ်ခိုင်းစေချင်တယ်။”

ဒီနှစ် ဧပြီလကစပြီး ပလက်ဝဒေသခံ အသက် ၁၈ နှစ်ကနေ ၄၀ နှစ်အတွင်း ချင်းအမျိုးသားတွေကို AA အတွက် စစ်မှုထမ်းဖို့ စာရင်းကောက်ခံနေတဲ့အတွက်လည်း ဒေသခံချင်းအမျိုးသားတွေ ထွက်ပြေးတိမ်းရှောင်နေကြရတယ်လို့ ခူမီးအဖွဲ့ရဲ့ ကြေညာချက်မှာ ဖော်ပြထားပါတယ်။

ကမ္ဘာလုံးဆိုင်ရာ ခူမီးအဖွဲ့အစည်းရဲ့ ကြေညာချက်မှာ AA တပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်တွေဟာ ပလက်ဝမြို့နယ်မှာ မူးယစ်ဆေးဝါးရောင်းချဖြန့်ဖြူးနေတာ၊ ဒေသခံချင်းလူမျိုးတွေအပေါ်မှာ အကြမ်းဖက်တာ၊ အမျိုးသမီးတွေကို ဖမ်းဆီးအဓမ္မပြုကျင့်တာတွေ ကျူးလွန်နေတယ်လို့ ဖော်ပြထားပါတယ်။

ကုလသမဂ္ဂ နဲ့ နိုင်ငံတကာအဖွဲ့အစည်းတွေအနေနဲ့ AA တပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်တွေ ပြစ်မှုကျူးလွန်နေတာတွေကို စုံစမ်းစစ်ဆေးဆောင်ရွက်ပေးဖို့နဲ့ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးချိုးဖောက်နေတာတွေကို ရပ်တန့်အောင် ဖိအားပေးဖို့လည်း တိုက်တွန်းထားပါတယ်။

ဒါ့အပြင် ချင်းပြည်နယ်က ဒုက္ခသည်တွေအတွက် လူသားချင်းစာနာထောက်ထားမှု အကူအညီတွေပေးဖို့လည်း တောင်းဆိုထားပါတယ်။ AA နဲ့ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်တာတွေ မလုပ်ဖို့လည်း ချင်းလက်နက်ကိုင်အဖွဲ့အစည်းတွေကို တိုက်တွန်းထားပါတယ်။

ဒီကြေညာချက်ပါ စွပ်စွဲချက်တွေနဲ့ပတ်သက်ပြီး AA ပြောရေးဆိုခွင့်ရှိသူ ဦးခိုင်သုခက ဒါဟာ ခူမီးလူမျိုးစုတွေကို ကိုယ်စားပြုပြီး ထုတ်ပြန်ထားတာမဟုတ်ဘဲ စွပ်စွဲပြောဆိုထားတာသာ ဖြစ်တယ်လို့ ပြောပါတယ်။

“နော်ဝေးမှာနေတဲ့ CNF အဖွဲ့ဝင်တစ်ယောက်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ အဖွဲ့အစည်းကို မလိုမုန်းထားပြီး မဟုတ်မမှန် လုပ်ကြံပြီးတော့မှ စွပ်စွဲတိုက်ခိုက်နေတာသာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ သူစွပ်စွဲထားသလို မြေပြင်မှာ ဘာမှဖြစ်တာမရှိဘူး။ ဒါကြောင့် ထူးထူးခြားခြား မှတ်ချက်ပေးစရာမရှိပါဘူး။”
